The program at CrossFit Napalm has been designed 100% with progression in mind. This means that whether you’re a rank beginner who has never handled a weight, you’re a serious sportsperson after a new challenge – or you’re somewhere inbetween – the program is designed for you to be able to start straight away and improve for as long as you’re with us.

We have developed a “Level-Up Ladder” which allows you to measure your progress as you master new skills and achieve new Personal Records (PR’s). Again, everyone from any background and with any fitness level will find a place to start and be shown what to do to improve and achieve the next level. At CrossFit Napalm we celebrate and recognize PR’s just as much as ‘winners’.
